Designed for rack or shelf mounting in a dedicated home theater system. At the center of a serious AV system, dual 4" C-CAM mid and bass drivers and a 1" C-CAM tweeter ensure that the compact Radius 200 anchors the entire sound field with lifelike fidelity.

Ultra-compact, dedicated center speaker

Dual C-CAM woofers with MTM-style C-CAM tweeter - Radius features woofers with concave cone profiles, introduced by our top-of-the-line Platinum speakers and then applied to the Gold GX. Extensive research and FEA modeling allowed us to perfect the relationship between the radiating diaphragm and the motor design, introducing larger motor sizes and voice coils for greater excursion, higher power output and less distortion.

C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter - optimized to deliver the best and widest performance within the compact Radius cabinets. It benefits from a more efficient rear venting design, where air trapped and compressed at the rear of the tweeter dome is released and routed around the drive to a chamber filled at the rear. HiVe II port design - The HiVe reflex port makes its Radius debut, straight from Platinum's design sketch. It is shaped to have the same effect on airflow as a rifle barrel on a bullet. The ribbed grooves in the port accelerate airflow and reduce turbulence, so air flows in and out of the port more efficiently, for faster, more dynamic bass response. Attaching the driver with a single through-bolt provides mechanical decoupling and improved clarity and resolution in the midrange. The through-bolts also act as rigid reinforcements for a very solid, non-resonant cabinet.
