Return and Returning

Return Policy:

1. Goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging to be delivered .
2. The products must be put in a suitable outer packaging ( to avoid damage in transit ), when returning the original packaging should be without any stickers or tape.
3. Goods must always be prepaid . Insufficient postage zendigen or will be refused on delivery.
4. The shipping will be credited only if S2 Store is responsible for the error and / or the problem, and when the product is returned in a proper overpack .
5. You should always enclose a copy of your invoice or sales receipt when returning a product.
6. If it appears that there is no defect in the returned product, we are forced to charge a fee of € 35 in your account .
