ZED-10 ALLEN & HEATH 10-ch analog USB mixer with FX

The ZED-10FX is a great little mixer for small bands. It is extremely portable and can be used to record live or in the studio. It comes with configurable USB audio in/out making it easy to make stereo recordings. Guitars can be connected directly to the mixer via the specially designed high-impedance inputs, while the mixer has two stereo inputs for MP3/CD players or keyboards. Equipped with professional XLR stereo outputs and a flexible monitoring section with headphone and speaker feed outputs. We added a set of fantastic effects to give shimmering reverbs and enhance your sound.

Easily sending audio to and from a computer is now a common requirement for live sound and music production. The way this is implemented in ZED is super flexible and super easy! No longer do you have to fumble around the back of your PC to get to the sound card inputs, only to find out that the levels are all wrong and noisy. Just connect a USB cable to your ZED, select the USB routing on the mixer and the device on your computer, and you're done! CD-quality audio to and from your PC or Mac. The ZED-10FX has an essential selection of 16 time-delay effects, designed for small groups who don't want an effects device with their gear, but still want high-quality FX in their performances and on their recordings. Our DSP engineers have worked hard to create and refine beautiful reverb algorithms to enhance every performance. These effects are not available anywhere else at this price - this quality and integration is only available from the ZED-FX. The ZED effects are easy to control with 3 knobs with 9 display LEDs. For example, the ideal delay time can be quickly typed in, or the perfect amount of reverb on lead vocals can be selected. Navigating and editing are done in one go - in fact, as easy as using effect pedals. To change effect parameters, hold down the TAP button and press the up/down buttons to adjust the specific parameter for that effect, for example, the decay length at PLATE or the depth at CHORUS.

The ZED-10FX's preamps feature the same design as our MixWizard series mixers, but with a twist! Inputs 3 & 4 have a high impedance jack input that can handle both a normal line level and a low level input from a guitar pickup. These newly designed inputs are made to replicate the sound of a classic guitar or instrument tube pre-amp in a combo or main amp. An extremely high input impedance ensures that the pickups are not stressed.
