The Infinity CHIMP G3 Ultra is the flagship of the G3 series, offering maximum visual overview and control for festivals, touring productions and large live shows. It features two 24″ hinged multitouch screens, 40 motorised faders, 60 executor buttons, 4 rotary encoders each with a freely programmable multifunctional button, and many more controls, providing a spacious control surface that is ideal for busking and multi-layer cueing. All controls feature RGB backlighting for clear feedback and visibility in dark FOH environments. Two external monitors can be connected for even greater visual overview. The more powerful CPU/GPU ensures fast response times when handling large show files, complex effects or extensive fixture setups.

The Ultra runs on the same G3 engine as the Core and benefits from fully freely configurable screens, dynamic preset pools, a visual FX engine, advanced colour tools (including colour calibration and CCT/Tint control) and a powerful filter system that lets you find and select fixtures using simple text input. With support for up to 65 DMX universes, freely patchable DMX ports and integrated wireless DMX from LumenRadio, the Ultra adapts easily to modern production workflows. Executor width and priority control, drag-and-drop cue editing and flexible page management make the Ultra particularly powerful in demanding live environments. Connectivity options include USB-C, USB-A, 2x HDMI, 2x RJ45 network, audio I/O, MIDI I/O, 8 GPIO and 4 DMX outputs.

The redesigned control section offers greater comfort during long programming sessions, with refined button shapes, lighter actuation force and an optimised housing angle, making the Ultra reliable and intuitive and ready for daily professional use.

The CHIMP G3 Ultra is part of the third generation of the CHIMP platform and combines a completely renewed hardware architecture with a brand-new software engine built from the ground up. Despite this extensive redevelopment, the G3 software remains immediately familiar to existing CHIMP users. The familiar workflow, clear logic and user-friendly layout have all been retained, while a new foundation delivers higher speed, smoother graphics and more creative tools than ever before. Existing CHIMP G2 show files can be imported into the CHIMP G3 as Legacy shows, without any loss of functionality. This ensures a seamless transition for users upgrading to the new platform. Please note that show files created on the CHIMP G3 cannot be opened on CHIMP G2 systems.
