EVOLVE 70-W Electro-Voice Column PA System (White)

The EVOLVE 70 Column Speaker System is a powerful yet portable addition to the EVOLVE family. It is designed to deliver impeccable sound quality and extreme output alongside ease of use and portability for professionals seeking larger performances.

The EVOLVE family is a proven leader in portability and the EVOLVE 70 continues this tradition. Advanced materials combined with ergonomic design principles have been used throughout the system, ensuring that acoustic performance exceeds customer expectations while also being the lightest and most portable model in its class.

EVOLVE 70 delivers a maximum SPL of 133 dB and is equipped with eight 4.7" neodymium drivers for clear, powerful, consistent 120° wide coverage via proprietary waveguides, with an array-shaped asymmetric coverage of 25° vertical. Advanced FIR processing ensures linear frequency response and phase alignment. The 15" subwoofer provides low-frequency extension down to 35 Hz. This massive bass output, combined with the highly efficient laminar flow port design and punchy 3" voice coils, delivers first-class audio performance and the perfect balance between high power, high output and portability.

The new column speaker system offers extensive connectivity for microphones, line level, Bluetooth and digital signals, increasing flexibility to accommodate virtually any professional situation. These include XLR/TRS combo Mic-Line inputs, XLR and RCA line level inputs and digital AES/EBU. EVOLVE 70 is also integrated into the recently renewed QuickSmart Mobile App ecosystem, allowing the user to operate it as part of a system with other portable EV speakers via Bluetooth.

EVOLVE 70 is built to meet the changing needs of professional users such as professional DJs, bands, production companies, event organisers and venues. EVOLVE 70 is designed for rapid deployment and features the EVOLVE 3-2-1 assembly method, which has set the industry standard for fast setup and breakdown. As 3-2-1 promises, the three components click together in two clicks to form one system.

EVOLVE 70 is available in black or white and elevates the EVOLVE family design to the next level by utilising lightweight materials and ergonomic design principles to ensure maximum portability and the familiar striking look. An aluminium distance pole separates the tops from the subwoofers, while the neodymium drivers and advanced materials keep the weight low. The included carry bag for the array and distance pole, combined with an available transport trolley, ensure that EVOLVE's reputation for portability is maintained.
