Chauvet DJ Intimidator Trio XD Hybrid Moving Head    

The Chauvet DJ Intimidator Trio XD marks a significant departure from its predecessor. Whereas the standard Trio produces wide washes with a zoom range of up to 53°, the XD prioritizes intensity: 270W RGBW LEDs that use a motorized zoom from 3° to 22° to concentrate the output into a sharply defined beam. This results in a lux output that is more than 7 times higher than the standard Trio at the narrowest angle. On top of that raw power, the XD features a carbon fiber composite housing that is lighter, stronger, and corrosion-resistant, and a built-in D-Fi transceiver that enables wireless DMX or master/slave linking without an external dongle. A USB-C port for firmware updates and a built-in RF receiver for the optional RFC/RFC-XL remote round out the package.
