NRG-12A DAP Active full-range speaker

The DAP NRG-12A is an active full-range speaker with a peak power output of 360 watts (180 watts continuous RMS). It has a 12" woofer and a 1" compression driver, and features an internal DSP with 4 convenient modes: Contour, Flat, Speech and +Sub, which respectively apply a loudness curve, a flat curve, a high-pass curve or a high-pass with optimized frequency and phase characteristics specific to the NRG subwoofer range. The compression driver is coupled to a rotatable horn with a 90°x 60° directivity. The internal Class D amplifier has a switching power supply to keep weight low and efficiency high. The internal DSP includes a crossover for the woofer and compression driver, a 2-band limiter, short-circuit protection and thermal protection.
